Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped by Australia Post. Your oder will take 1-2 business days if it is placed and paid by 3:00pm Monday-Thursday (Sydney Time). Orders placed afer 3:00pm will be shipped the following day.

All orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped Monday the following week.

Orders may take 2-3 business if in Rural areas.

M & Michaels does not acept responsibility for delay or lost in transit. We only post intems to the adress provided.

Return/Refund Policy

M & Michaels will accept for exchange items that are in new condition (have not been worn) for either a store credit or size change. If the item is faulty, a refund, exchange or store credit can be issued. The postage fee will be paid by the purchaser in all cases. All returns must be within 14 days from the receipt of the original order. Items must be returned will all tags still attached, in dust bag and in original shoe box. PLEASE CONTACT FOR RETURN NUMBER - ** NO RETURNS ACCEPTED UNLESS AUTHORISED *
